Alamo Tactical makes every effort to sell for the best price that we can. Due to the pricing policies of some of our vendors, Alamo Tactical is, in many cases, unable to advertise a price lower than the manufacturers suggested retail price (MSRP). Please contact Alamo Tactical via phone or e-mail so that we may match any other vendors' prices.
Alamo Tactical reserves the right to change prices without notice. Occasionally an industry price increase will result in an increase in the price of an item after it is ordered. If the item is stock at the time of the order we will sell the item for the price at which it was ordered. If the item is out of stock at the time that the order for it is placed and we are then forced to pay a higher wholesale price for the item when it becomes available we will make every attempt to honor the original order price. At times, on some higher priced items, we will be forced to increase the price of the item. In such a case we will contact the purchaser and clear the increase prior to shipping the item.
Alamo Tactical makes every effort not bill in stock orders until they ship. Occasionally, due to the size of an order, we are forced to bill customers for items when they are ready to ship to us from the manufacturer. What we try never to do is to bill our customers for items that are indefinitely backordered or are more than five business days out from our receipt here at the store.

Legal Status of Products:
You must be at least 18 years of age to make a knife purchase. It is the responsibility of the buyer, not the seller, to ascertain, and obey, all applicable local, state, federal, and international laws regarding to the possession and use of any item of this site. All equipment is sold subject to Public Law 90-351 Title III, U.S.D., section 2511, and any local, state, or federal ordinances. Consult your local and state laws before ordering, if you are in doubt. There will be no sales of any type of cutlery found on this website to minors. By placing an order, the buyer represents that the products ordered will be used in a lawful manner and is of legal age. Alamo Tactical will not be held liable for the misuse of any product in this site.
Please read any instructions included with any product purchased. Do not hesitate to contact Alamo Tactical for answers to any questions concerning products purchased from us. If we cannot answer your question, we will put you in contact with the manufacturer for further information.
Payment & Shipping:
Orders are not shipped on Saturday or Sunday. If an order is placed late Friday, the absolute earliest it will ship will be Monday. If you have an absolute drop dead date, please note it in the order and we will make every effort to go outside of our normal channels to fill the order by this date.
All items sent overseas will be checked for completeness and function prior to shipping the items. In some cases, this may entail opening sealed packages in order to avoid an expensive and lengthy return process for both the purchaser and us.
Unless otherwise specified, orders will be charged and shipped according to availability. It is our policy not to charge for a product until it is ready to ship. We will backorder the remaining items and charge for them as they become available. We ship via UPS or USPS. The exception to this policy is with orders paid via Paypal as the expiration of the authorization forces us to accept the funds within a brief time period. We proudly ship to APO/FPO addresses.
All orders will be shipped insured and signature required unless other arrangements have been made prior to shipping.

Please allow 48 hours for an official payment request from Paypal for Alamo Tactical in order to insure that your final total is correct. In order to place a Pypal order please select the check/money order payment option at the time that the order is placed. After the order has been placed please contact Alamo Tactical via email at contact@AlamoTactical.com and let us know what the order number is and that you would like to receive a paypal request for funds. Within 24 Business Hours we willsend a request for funds with the appropriate amount. When the funds have been sent then we will proces the order. We will generally only send a request for funds for items that are in stock at that time.
Checks, cashiers checks, and money orders are accepted, but due to the high instance of fraud in all of these instruments, orders will be shipped only after the payment has cleared. Contact us prior to placing an order with any of these forms of payment. In some, prearranged cases, C.O.D . orders will be accepted. Contact us prior to placing any C.O.D. order.
At the time that an order is placed our store system will automatically run an authorization on the account of the credit or debit card used to place the order for the full amount of the order. This authorization will show on the account as a pending transaction. It will then drop off of the account within 3-4 Business Days if the order has not been shipped by Alamo Tactical. It will not show up again until the order is processed for shipping. When an order is billed by Alamo Tactical an email will be automatically generated by our store system to inform you that your order has shipped.
International Shipping:
Please use common sense when placing an overseas order. We charge the actual shipping cost to ship overseas. If you are shipping an item half way around the world and the shipping cost says 10.50 USD, then something went wrong with the shipping calculator, and there will be additional charges as is stated in the final page of the order confirmation.Both UPS and USPS are available for overseas shipping. USPS global priority is usually about half of the UPS price, but the tracking system is not as exact with USPS so do not expect to be able to track your order every step of the way.
Returns & Cancellations:
Any order can be cancelled prior to shipping. All cancellations must be made via e-mail with a subject line stating “ORDER CANCELLATION”. The order cancellation email must contain the order number. If the order has been packed and prepared for shipping, it is subject to a 10% cancellation fee.
If you attempt to cancel in any other manner we will do our best to accomodate you, but if your order ships and you have attempted to cancell in any other manner then you will be required to pay all return freight as well as a 15% restocking fee. Also, please be aware that orders are sometimes drop shipped from our vendors in an effort to get the product to your door as quickly as possible. An unintended result of this is that we are sometimes unaware that an order has shipped from the vendor until as many as several days after it ships. This , in turn, can result in us telling you that something has not yet shipped or accepting a cancellation when we are unaware that the product is already en route to you. If you do accept delivery of an item after a cencellation then you are responsible for the payment for that item. If you have cancelled the order DO NOT ACCEPT DELIVERY OF THE PACKAGE. If it is left at your door by UPS or USPS then have them return it to the sender immediately and notify us by email that you have done so. Unfortunately, due to a few dishonest customers who have cancelled orders and then attempted to keep items delivered to them without paying for the items, we have been forced to institute the following policy: If you accept the package you will be billed for it. We will then discuss a return of the delivered items and a refund of your payment.
You have 7 calendar days from the date of receipt to contact us to arrange for the return of your purchase. You must contact us by e-mail in order to obtain a return number and instructions prior to your return. All returns must be in the same condition as when they were received with the original packaging.
All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee at Alamo Tactical's discretion. Refunds will be issued in the same manner as payment was received less our shipping fee.
Refunds due to insurance claims will be paid with 5 business days of the funds being received by Alamo Tactical. We are not responsible for refunding payments for items that the shipping company deems to be the purchaser's responsibility.
Pre-Ordering:
Alamo Tactical does not require deposits or prepayments for pre-orders. Once the pre-order is placed, it is understood that we are committed to acquiring that item for you, and that you, in good faith, are committed to following through with your pre-order. Of course we understand that situations change, so pre-orders can be cancelled at any time prior to shipment. While we make an effort to keep customers updated on the status of the preordered items, we cannot always accurately predict the final release date or release price of the preordered items. If there is a price change made by the manufacturer Alamo Tactical will contact the customer prior to billing for the item. Alamo Tactical does not charge or require payments until item is ready to ship to us from the manufacturer.
Low Price Guarantee:
Alamo Tactical makes every effort to give you, our customer, the lowest possible prices. We sell almost all of our products for well below the Manufacturers Suggested Retail Prices and, in most cases, we actually sell our merchandise for the Minimum Advertised Price allowed by our suppliers. While we spend a considerable amount of time researching competitor’s prices we do occasionally miss one. Please contact us and allow us the opportunity to beat any lower prices that you happen to find on the internet.
Alamo Tactical will not match prices of auction sites or sites which do not have the product in stock for immediate shipment. Competitor’s prices are subject to verification by Alamo Tactical.
